At ALMADA LABEL, we strive for timeless quality and a perfect fit; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
